Our financing options
| Amount | What? | Conditions | For example | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Convertible loan | €50,000 – €250,000 | Suitable for scale-ups with a validated technology and a clear revenue pipeline – pre-revenue or early revenue. | The interest rate ranges from 4% to 8% depending on the risk, with a term of 2 to 5 years. In follow-on rounds, conversion is possible with a discount of 15% to 25%. Covenants apply to milestones and financial KPIs. | A company with pilot customers that is ready to scale up receives €200,000 for production scaling. |
| Equity investment | €100,000 – €250,000 | Attractive for a strong strategic fit, significant market potential, and a long-term partnership. | The equity stake depends on the valuation. Green'er assumes a role as an advisor or observer on the board, potentially with a controlling position. We prefer to co-invest with other investors. A clear exit strategy is required. | A deep-tech startup with IP and pilot traction receives €150,000 via equity. |
| Hybrid formula | €100,000 – €250,000 | The hybrid formula combines a grant and a loan and is suitable for complex projects with both an R&D and a commercialization component. | €80,000 grant for product development combined with a €120,000 loan for equipment and the first production run. |
